The hotel had great access to the beach, nice for a quick swim.
My arrival was a joke. The receptionist seemed like he WANTED to make us pay MORE for a room. He said the rooms were ready, just not the ones we booked so that was annoying.

excellent hotel experience

I greatly appreciate the superb location of the hotel, steps from the beach. shops and restaurants were a short walk away. the high standard of staff was noticeable and customer service was top tier. maharah consistently ensured our room felt fresh. This was something special. the room was cleaned quickly when i requested it.
the receptionist was rude and unwilling to give us a room quickly upon arrival. instead, they attempted to make us pay more to upgrade rooms. he insisted these were ready, but not the rooms we booked originally. i did not appreciate that situation and it did create a bad first impression.

The breakfast was definitely worth it! I loved the selection. It had everything I could want. The location is amazing, I found JBR to be super accessible. The rooftop pool is really the best I have ever seen.

The hotel provided complimentary bottled water in the room. I loved that the hotel provides a small bag with ice, water, and face cloths while at the pool. The rooftop pool offered fine views and a calm, relaxing atmosphere. Everything worked well and met my expectations.
i noticed very slight delays with taxis that wait outside the hotel.

i found the breakfast was okay with a decent variety.
upon arrival, the receptionist was rather unfriendly and did not seem keen on providing a room promptly. instead, i found he pushed for a room upgrade with an extra fee. he said those rooms were ready. also standard taxis were not allowed to wait outside. this forced guests to use the more expensive private taxis the hotel partners with.

the location was amazing, near the marina. the pool area had comfortable loungers. i found the room service quite prompt (i ordered a club sandwich one night).
i noticed a small stain on the carpet in the hallway near the elevators.

the hotel featured an infinity pool with clear views. there were multiple dining options on site, giving me variety. the fitness center included several treadmills and weight machines allowing a full workout.
